City of Tavares recently issued the following announcement.

LAKE COUNTY ARTS  AND CULTURAL ALLIANCE – CITY ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE

The City of Tavares is presently accepting applications to represent the City of Tavares as an Alternate on the Lake County Arts and Cultural Alliance. The Lake County Arts and 

Cultural Alliance Alternate position is for the remainder of a term that expires June 2023. Board and Committee positions are voluntary and appointed by the Mayor of the City of 

Tavares. Applicants do not have to reside in the City of Tavares.
