BOARD APPOINTMENTS
1. Advisory Board Appointments - Councilmember Rolfson reappointed Lynn Tacher to the Northeast CRA Board and Don Marx to the Historic Preservation Board. Councilmember Dawson appointed Bryan Belk to the Northeast CRA Board. All three appointments were approved unanimously.

PUBLIC HEARINGS - RESOLUTIONS/ORDINANCES
1. Request adoption of Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2023-02, Orange Lake Development, LLC (Rezone to C-2A). Approved 7-0
DISCUSSION ITEM
1. Parking Ticket Fines - Interim Police Chief Gibson recommends amending the code pertaining to parking fines to deal with vehicles with trailers that are causing traffic flow obstructions. Chief recommends that citations that are issued for parking violations for vehicles with a trailer be increased from $25 currently to $75. This change along with other parking fine related matters will come back to Council for a vote at a future meeting in the form of an Ordinance for consideration in a public hearing.
