Due to weather concerns, City Administrative Offices will be closed starting Wednesday, September 28th at 8 a.m. The Customer Service Line will remain open. We will provide updates on reopening, as weather conditions improve.
In preparation of Hurricane Ian, the City of Mount Dora has begun EOC activation prep, at this time we are in a level 2 activation. Level 2 activation of the EOC includes the mobilization of resources, preparation of all hurricane-related emergency operations, all leading to 24 hour mobilization as we prepare for extreme weather conditions. At this time evacuations are not in place.
