No Blue Can Garbage pickup Thursday or Friday. Tavares City Solid Waste Division will be focused on clearing storm debris from roads and neighborhoods. Tentatively, Garbage pickup will resume Monday. City Hall, Library, and all offices are closed in preparation for #HurricaneIan
The Prop Shop will close at noon Tuesday 9/27/22 and fueling unavailable through Friday. We will be re-opening at normal hours on Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
In preparation for the anticipated development of Hurricane Ian please make preparations to remove your vessels from the marina by Wednesday (9/28). As you are aware, paragraph 14 of your lease agreement refers to storm provisions, which are to protect your property and the property of others as well as the marina. Thanks for your attention to this urgent situation.
