City of Eustis issued the following announcement on Nov. 8.
The City of Eustis has partnered with SeeClickFix to announce a new platform that will allow citizens to report quality of life issues and request Eustis services.
With the free mobile app SeeClickFix, citizens in Eustis will now be able to provide City staff with pictures, descriptions and locations that are needed to get service requests done efficiently. In addition, the SeeClickFix platform will provide City staff with a centralized issue management system to manage issues from creation to resolution, engaging citizens throughout the process.
“Having this tool will not only allow citizens to report problems, but also view and comment on problems submitted by their neighbors. Citizens can even create their own “watch area” to receive notifications of issues reported in their area,” says Eustis Mayor, Michael Holland.
To report an issue, download the SeeClickFix app on Android or iPhone.
