City of Tavares recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Tavares is presently accepting applications for the following Board(s):
Police Pension Board
Board and Committee appointments are made by the Mayor of the City of Tavares. The Police Pension Board seat is a two-year term that will expire in November 2023.
Applications may be obtained by calling 352.742.6209 between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday, by emailing the City Clerk at snovack@tavares.org, or by
downloading the application from the city’s website at https://www.tavares.org/DocumentCenter/View/5178/City-of-Tavares-Board-and-Committee-Application
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled, and should be forwarded to the City Clerk at the City of Tavares, 201 E Main Street, Tavares, Florida 32778.
