On Sept. 27, Kathleen L. Page sold their two bedroom, two bathroom property at 713 Orchid St., Lady Lake to Barbara A. Cook for $185,000.

So far in September 2021, 37 properties sold in Lady Lake.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, James Erin Page, 92, was the only registered voter residing at 713 Orchid St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
