The first half of 2021: Home prices in Clermont increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Clermont rose by $36,300 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 534 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,750 - a 14% increase over the $259,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 462 homes sold in Clermont in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Clermont for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,450, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
