The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Clermont increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Clermont rose by $40,100 while total sales increased by 52.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 301 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $269,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 197 homes sold in Clermont in the second quarter of 2020.
