Home prices increased in Leesburg during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Leesburg rose by $44,250 while total sales increased by 72.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 255 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,000 - a 26.1% increase over the $169,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 148 homes sold in Leesburg in the second quarter of 2020.
