January 2021: Leesburg experienced a 36% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Leesburg rose by $57,050 while total sales decreased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,500 - a 36% increase over the $158,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Leesburg in January 2020.
