Groveland home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Groveland rose by $7,750 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,750 - a 3.6% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Groveland in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Groveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,919, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
