Leesburg home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Leesburg rose by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 799 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 7% increase over the $161,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 830 homes sold in Leesburg in 2018.
