Minneola home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Minneola rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $223,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 151 homes sold in Minneola in 2018.
