City of Winter Springs recently issued the following announcement.

We are pleased to announce that the Torcaso and Trotwood Splash Playgrounds will officially open back up on April 1. We’re not joking!
Visit one of our Splash Playgrounds from 10 AM-4 PM (Weather Permitted) to beat the Florida heat. Entry to Splash Playgrounds is free for Winter Springs residents. Please supervise all children when using the splash playgrounds and follow the rules and regulations. Most importantly, remember to have fun!
