On Friday, Feb. 21, former South Lake High School standout Destiny Johns’ current college team, the Florida Atlantic Owls, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Stetson Hatters.
The game took place at Patricia Wilson Field. This was their first matchup against the Hatters this season.
The Owls’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 12:30 p.m. at Patricia Wilson Field against Stetson Hatters.
