On Saturday, April 12, former South Lake High School standout Nia DeBenedittis’ current college team, the Saint Leo Lions, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Nova Southeastern Sharks.
The game took place at Mary Cannon Cabot Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Sharks this season.
The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2:40 p.m. at Mary Cannon Cabot Stadium against Nova Southeastern Sharks.
