Florida Atlantic University will celebrate Juneteenth with a special recognition and celebration on Monday, June 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at FAU’s Housing Pavilion, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton campus.
The event will be hosted by FAU’s Center for Inclusion, Diversity, Education and Advocacy (IDEAs) Office of Black Student Success. The FAU community will celebrate freedom and black heritage to reflect on the past, heal from collective traumas and inspire social change.
