Eustis City Government Closure for Labor Day

The Eustis City Government will be closed for normal business on Monday, September 5, 2022 in observance of Labor Day. Normal hours of business will resume on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.  

The following programs and services are affected by the Labor Day closure:

Eustis Memorial Library 

The Library will be closed Saturday, September 3 through Monday, September 5. Normal hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, September 6.  

Parks & Recreation Services

Parks & Recreation youth program activities at Carver Park and the Eustis Aquatic Center will be closed on Labor Day, September 5. Rental facilities will be closed on September 4 & 5. The Eustis Aquatic will operate normal hours on Saturday, September 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Garbage/Yard Trash/Recycling Service

No service Monday, September 5.

City of Eustis Garbage/Yard Waste collection for September 5–9 will be the day after your regularly scheduled day. For example, if your regular day is Monday, your trash will be collected on Tuesday.

Additionally, there will be no Commercial Container Services on Labor Day for Eustis. Those customers whose service day falls on Monday will have their container serviced on an alternate day, following the holiday.
