On Thursday, Feb. 6, former South Lake High School standout Destiny Johns’ current college team, the Florida Atlantic Owls, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Ole Miss Rebels.
The game took place at FAU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Rebels this season.
The Owls’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. at FAU Softball Stadium against Minnesota Golden Gophers.
