The City of Mount Dora was notified of a postcard sent to residents regarding the Wolf Branch Innovation District and the proposed MK and AD Land Investments development. 

To be clear, this was not sent by the City of Mount Dora or anyone representing or affiliated. The information provided in the postcard does not express any views, official opinion, or requested action by the City of Mount Dora.

The City does not send notices related to rezoning and future land use change public hearing matters in this fashion. The City will always utilize proper identifying measures, such as our copyrighted logo, when sending communications.

Final Reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2023-04, Mount Dora Mixed Use for MK and AD Land Investments, LLC Final PUD (WBI-E District) is scheduled on Feb 21, 2023.
